If He Were Still Here

He loved the creek in our backyard. He always liked to be pushed on this swing. 

Playing catch with his brother Benjamin. He loved to run around and was full of energy. 

He gardened with my mother every day. Tomatoes were his favorite. 

He loved to play around with his brothers. There are 8 boys including him. 

He always cooked with my mom, and would surely be cooking even now if he were still alive.

He loved to jump around on the tramp. One of our favorite things to do. 

He read everything from signs to different types of books. He loved to read, and would still be reading even harder books now. 

My father patting him on the head. He was an obedient child. 

He loved math. He skipped a grade because he was so smart. 

He was a great piano player. He made up  his own song, and won a trophy at Reflections after he passed away.

4 years ago my life changed dramatically. My little brother Jonathan, little Jony, passed away from his intestines being twisted. I love and miss him very much. I wanted to portray in these pictures what he would be doing if he were still here. He was 5 when he passed away and would be turning 10 on January 8th. He would be in the 5th grade. He was our little jokester, very obedient, and my best friend.
